I'm a professor and researcher at Simula Research Laboratory and the University of Oslo and have been doing a lot of research on planning and estimation of software development in the last 20 years (scholar.google.com/citations?user=gxqbS9AAAAAJ&hl=no&oi=ao). This study aims at improving the estimation processes of software development work.
